At Twice Loved, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-owned fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all 'Twice Loved' security tags still attached; items with removed tags are ineligible for return.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the item's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed and issued within 5 to 7 business days.
